One of the worst feelings is being forgotten by someone you'll never forget.

So today is my last day here in Kuala Lumpur :). I'll be back in my beloved home town , MIRI :D!!! I'll be stepping on Sarawak soil in no time :D! I was in high hope to go back and drive my beloved car as well as see my friends :) I wanna hang out with them :) I also wanna go and visit my beloved school :D!!! Gonna wanna see my friends especially my little brothers and sisters in the band :D! Oh yea , and give the presents to my little sisters and also brother :3

I've bought many many key chains from Sabah for my friends :) Since I'm now in KL , I taken the opportunity to do a little shopping for my two little sisters and my brother :) I've spent too much in Kl ==" , I'm out of cash even in my bank... But I guess for just this once , should be fine :D. ( I hope ) No more spending money like there is no tomorrow =="!!!!  I managed to buy something special for my two little sisters :D! Habis duit ==". Oh yea , and I managed to go and enjoy myself at mid valley personal shopping :D!

I was supposed to go back to Sarawak today (19/8/2011) but I guess something came up  and therefore I have to entertain it and stay here another two days. What could possibly happen :D!?!?!? (Finishes money next day ==)  I will , and when I say I will  so I will manage my money wisely^^!!! Watch me dad =P!!! I can managed my money all by myself =P!!!! (* money finishes once once again ==") wait and be patient then =P!

I'll be back this Sunday :) Just wait for me miri :D!!! Oh yea, and tomorrow there is a sponsored trip to Sunway Lagoon ==" I dun wanna go , its boring D:!!

There are times when it’s better to let things happen, rather than insisting on how we want them to be done ~

Today is my off day. a rest day for everyone :) , a day where everyone says "Have a break , have a kit kat" :). But not for me :). I'm studying my ass out. Studying 10 to 12 hours a day so that I can follow my dream to become a doctor :). Not because I had to ,  but because I want to :). My mum always say , "Follow your dreams" , and here I am following it but at the same time suffering ==". But I guess if you want something , you have to work hard for it :)

Here in KL , I had fun. There are some good times , and some bad :). But all in all , I find it quite enjoying. Without a doubt , I knew since the beginning , my life is interesting and full of surprises :). Never one day I think that tomorrow will bring nothing into my life :). So if I'm not mistaken , I should be back in Miri next week as the holiday season is on :). The spirit is here as I am looking forward to buy my Baju Melayu :) At the same time , I am still worried about my flight back to miri D:!!!! What if i dun get to go back to miri this coming holiday D:!!!??? GOSH =="!

Everyday , I always have a thinking about my friends and family back in my home town. How are they? Are they fine? Any recent news? And many other unanswered questions. Never one day I miss thought bout them. :) I too miss my band :). Hopefully everything will be stable when I go back :). Ohya, I CANT BELIEVE THE STUPID MUSIC STORE FORGET TO SEND THE QUOTATION FOR THE MARCHING TUBA TO MY SCHOOL D:!!!!! AGAIN D:!!!!!  This is one of the reason my blood pressure increases ==". I have to return to Sarawak to redo this quotation thinggy D:!!! I'm so tired figuring out this shit ==".

My friends in miri does not know how much I miss them :). Cindy Ling and Joseph has been keeping in touch with me :) And so has Daniel and Wilson :) I told them that I'll be back soon , and I will bring some souvenirs back too :) Cindy told me that she missed me so much , and has always mention me when in conversation with Cassandra :) So I was like AWW :') . Cindy also said that I am like an elder brother to her since she is the eldest and she has no elder brother :). I too told her that she is like a younger sister to me :) Both of them , Cassandra and Cindy are like my little sister that I never had :)

Joseph in the other hand is also like my little bro ^^ , just naughtier =P! But all in all, I miss my little brothers and sisters in the band :). Cindy told me to find and buy a teddy bear for Cassandra and herself . I went out yesterday the whole day , but I have yet to found a bear for them :) I'll go out again soon and look for the bears :). I also will buy something special for them, but I have to wait till I have cash ==". I can't believe I'm out of cash ==". What have I been spending on D:?!?!? Damn ==" , RM400 a week not enough la....

It Happened because it is a sign

Today the orientation for my university finally ended. HORAY :D!!! During the orientation closing ceremony , there were four performances that entertained the crowed. Among the performances were modern dance , duet and solo singers , magic act and choir perform my me and a group of other students. Stupid choir ==" , so malu D:!!! How was I involved in this D:?!?!?! Oh yea, I remembered ==" , a cute Kadazan girl asked if I wanted to join their choir ==". I was WEEK D:!!!! So I said Yes ==".... FML...

So two days ago, I decided to join the choir. I seriously thought it would be a good idea. But WADAFAQ D:?!?!?! We were supposed to have a practice session at night , but no... I have no idea why the girls did not show up. I was actually so pissed up , but I just shut up and sit down like an ass. I don't know about them , but I take music seriously. I wanted to scold people , but yeah... I'm an ass... Wasted my time... I actually wanted to do some bucket drumming , but I don't think there is enough time.....

Now finally it is the day I start studying again , but this time as a student in a higher learning institute :D!!! But my foundation has only three students in it ==". Haha... There is Kak Siti and my room mate , Harvie :) They are both from Sarawak :) Its good to have some Sarawak friends here :D! But then, now I partially forget how to speak Bahasa Melayu Sarawak ==". Now I am able to speak in Bahasa Melayu Sabah D:!!! OMG XD!!!! What happened to me =="!!!

So, now my main topic is SABAH GIRLS XD!!! OMG!!!!! AWESOME XD!!!! Melvin and I are enjoying ourselves here :D!! Haha =P!!!! But we will never forget our main purpose to come here, which is to pursue  a higher learning education to enable us to be a someone in the future :D! And not forgetting its the fasting month now :D!!! So happy fasting to those who are fasting :D! Gonna try to fast as well coz I wanna go on a diet :). Hari Raya soon :D! And I am planning to go home to my home town :D! Hopefully I can :) I miss everyone :D

The Next Chapter in my Life

So I'm now finally in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah :) Gonna pursue my studies here and go back home a SOMEBODY :D!!! One by one, my friends left to continue their studies , and finally now, its my turn :) A few days ago , or maybe it was yesterday =="? , my drumsticks that I ordered finally arrived :) I was over the moon :) , but too bad on that day itself , is my last day to see the brass band. I will miss listening to the band :) , and seeing them walking around because they are so short :3 Surely I'd miss them a lot :'(.

I managed to leave some personal message in some band member's facebook inbox :) , some replied , and some din't :) , but all in all , I guess its fine :). 'She' have not replied my inbox message yet, but yeah, I guess I'll just wait :). She could be busy with the brass band or she might not have time to go online :) , but its okay to me :) Cassandra managed to chat with me a little before I left for KK :) She told me some matters regarding the band that concerns her :) So yeah, I listen :) And and and I promised her that I'll buy chocolates for her when I come back :) And I always keep my promise :) Chocolates are cheap here :D! Hey, you know what :)? Cassandra is a cute and beautiful name :) I wanted to visit my band one last time this morning, but I was too busy :'(

This morning before I left for the airport , I cleaned my room and started sealing boxes that I am  bringing to KK :). When the clock strikes 11a.m , my dad, mum and I left for the airport. After dropping my luggage at the luggage drop counter, off to the departure hall :) After waiting roughly 20 minutes, its boarding time :D , of all the aviation vehicle to be chosen from, my mum bought my dad and I Mas Wings ==". Firstly its so stuffy, secondly the facilities sucks and finally, the plane is so noisy ==" Gosh D:!! And the stewardess is not pretty at all D:! What kind of airline service is this ==". Well, at least they gave me some free beverages and light food. So I curi many cupcakes from the airline food thinggy =P!!! *evil laugh XD

So upon arriving at the Kota Kinabalu international airport , my dad and I took a cab to our hotel. We are currently staying at the Grand Hotel at One Borneo. Some kind of 4 star hotel this is ==" , towel smell so weird ==". But what to do D:! So after checking in (very slow service at the reception ==") my dad and I went to the One Borneo Mega Mall to look around and search for my college :3 Its conveniently located at the ground floor of the shopping complex =P! Thats right , everything I need is at the shopping complex :D!!! 7/11 , Kamdar , Giant , Sony , Parkson , and tons of tons more :D!!!! I could spoil my life here =P!!!

Tomorrow is my registration day :) , and after that, I'll be able to see the apartment that I'll be staying in :) May God bless my journey in pursuing education :) , may He also bless my little brothers and sister in the band to guide them to be more discipline and persevere :). As well as take good care of them in KL since I can't be there with them :) May the Lord also take good care of my family while I'm away :)

So today I went to school in hoping for band practice , but no... There was no band ==" , so yeah, I was kinda pissed. The world competition is coming up soon, and nobody is making an effort to request for intensive training ==" , WHY?!?!?!? They aren't serious at all D:!! So today My seniors brought the original band culture back into the band. Where the pumping is "1....(hold) up. 2...(hold)...up". We, the seniors calls that the "traditional pumping". It has been in the band for such a long time :) Today, we ,(Marcus, Audrey , Peterson , Charles and I) brought it back. I scolded the band. I shouted at them. I guess they finally saw my real attitude in band :( ,  don't like to scold them, but its for their discipline. I seriously don't like to scold my little brothers and sisters in the band , coz I love every single one of them :)

Today , my shipment from Kansas finally arrived :) , and I don't know why, but I am quite lazy to update my blog :3 , I wanna go to bed soon :3 , I need my daily 12 hours of sleep :3

I cry when I listen to love song. It really means what I feel.

Yesterday was like any other days having band practice , under the sun, tired and sweaty. I came to school around 10a.m and the band was practicing at the field behind the school. The weather was extremely hot , but with determination and love for music, the band still did their best :) I do pity them and I really wish I can help , but their is not much I can do :)

As the sun intensity was high, the marching percussions such as marching bass drums, marching snare drum and marching tenor drums are not supposed to be under the sun alot. Thus, I had to frequently move them so that they don't get out of tune due to the extreme heat. I put the drum in the shade, but the problem is there is too many "ucaks" in the school that have "itchy fingers" whom intend to touch the drums. So uncivilized. Those kind of people, I don't look at. I consider them as rubbish.

So I'm still waiting for my marching drumsticks to arrive... It has been so long D:!!! My friend said that he would be sending them on Monday. He said monday , but he didn't. Then he told me he would send it today , and hopefully he would do so. Because I hate waiting , and I am gonna leave soon , and and and (Karen Tan always says and like this) I helped my two friends to buy drumsticks for them as well. And I need to pass it to them as soon as possible. Gosh, sleepless nights thinking of the drumsticks D:!!! I need to make sure he sends the sticks! I will not get scammed AGAIN!!

If he sends my sticks today, I should receive them tomorrow. Hopefully everything will  be fine. I'm quite busy this week.

Sometimes, the only reason why you won't let go of what's making you sad is because it was the only thing that made you happy.

So here I am still waiting patiently in the school hall waiting for the band to finish. Since this morning after finished church D:!!! I'm tired, stinky , sweaty , fluffy and hungry D:!!! Gosh :'( ... But, its for the band , so ok I guess.... I'll be going back home late , and hopefully my parents doesn't scold me.... Yesterday I went home late so I got my first warning...M y parents usually don't agree me on returning home late...  My dad was a very straight disciplined person as my grand-dad was a military dude and I hear that he was a really bad ass father :D!!! Awesome :D!

So I'm still sitting down here blogging(if that is a word) on the table while keeping an eye on my little brothers and sisters in the band. I feel so old D:!!!! Sitting and waiting.... Its just not my thing :'( ..... I'm a very impatient guy and I demand food D:!!! I want food D:!!! Loads and loads of fattening food D:!!! Burgers D:!!! Fries D:!!! Onion rings D:!!! KFCK burgers :'( ..... I need food D:!! damn ==" , I guess I'll just shut up and start diet-ing....

The sound of the percussion is quite annoying , but I just have to get used to it :3 , I used to be annoying when playing too :) They(the band) should be very fortunate to have two well known coaches coaching the band. An here they are preparing to go to the World Competition :) , so proud of them :) , our band may be small ,but we are small and mighty :D!!!

Dreams are like stars. We may never touch them, but if we follow them, they will lead us to our destiny.

So today like any Sunday, I went to church in the morning. It has become my routine to go to church ever Sunday morning :). I like going to church :)
I feel safe there :) The awesome feeling of being safe and secure in church is fun :) I guess thats why I love going to church in the morning :) Going to church with my family every Sunday bonds our family together :)

So today after church, I went to Pelita Tunku to cut my hair :D! I finally made a decision to cut my hair as it was annoyingly long :D So I went to my barber or unisex saloon to have my hair done :) , but I still maintain the "longness" of my hair in front =P. Thats right XD!!! I still have my long fringe XD! Haha =P , so what =P?!?!?! I've been growing these baby's for such a long time now and hell yess I'm keeping them XD! Hopefully they will allow me to keep them when I am studying in Uni :) , I'l afraid that they might cut it off D:!!!! Gosh =P!

After I had my hair cut, I went to school to help the band as well as take care of my little brothers and sisters in the band.. Well, I do miss the band too, so thats why I am always in school :) Helping them out is the least I can do :) , and I have always been here with them this whole time :). So yesterday I managed ask Thomas if he already send the stuffs that I purchased from him because I need them as soon a possible as next week I will be leaving to further my studies. He told me he as busy and there is no stock for the pearl drum key, so I'll just wait :) , but I told him to send me the drumsticks first :)

Hopefully he will do so :) , may God take good care of my little brothers and sisters in the band :) Give them the courage and determination to do well in their practices :) Give them the stamina as well as the patience :)

Sometimes the bigger the smile, the more pain there is to hide.

Life sucks, but not everything can be perfect :) , today was a balance day between good and bad :) , today I managed to go downtown to bank in some cash to a friend in Perak who is helping me to order my drumsticks and drum tuning key :) I went to the Malaysan banking near my school. The first transaction I made, a RM10 piece was rejected ==" , and at the same time, I was out of cash. So I made a second trip to the bank just to bank in RM10, sucks to be me =="

So I went home afterwards, and the time is already 11.30a.m. Sectionals starts at 12.00 noon, so off I go to school at around 11.50a.m. On the way to school, there was a problematic traffic jammed at the road leading to Bintang Mega mall ,  I managed to avoid the jam and took another route leading to the school. But yeah ==" , I was late =="... One thing I hate about carrying the marching percussion around the school is that here are to many "ucaks" lying around with their "itchy hands" wanting to disturb the instruments. I.e hitting the drums and what not...

So after band, we (band seniors, band members and Miss Teng) went to some Army Camp where the band practice will be held this Saturday and Sunday. The problem is, it was raining ==" , so we had to wait in school for a couple of hours until the rain starts to decrease. around 4p.m when the rain finally starts to stop, off to the Military camp somewhere in the outskirts of Miri (I think) =P. The place is so awesome XD!!! Its quite a descent place for formation practices :D!!

Hopefully this Saturday and Sunday will be a cool day :D! And hopefully I will receive my drumsticks soon :)!

Distance between two hearts is not an obstacle.. rather a beautiful reminder of just how strong true love can be.

It has been such a long time since I update my blog. I guess I was just too busy in concern with my school's marching band. Recently, the band has been practicing for their next performance in Kuala Lumpur soon. This year, they are so lucky, I wished during my batch, we have the opportunity to perform as well as step foot in Kuala Lumpur together. It would be so fun as one whole band would be there together having fun :'). But I am no longer around soon. May God bless my band's journey in Kuala Lumpur :).

My social life has been a mess so far. I guess, its true when they say "If you love someone, you have to set them free and let go" , but I don't wanna be single XD!!! It sucks =P , trust me =P , I don't get the hugs every time I need. Well, unless some random chick hugs me, and that will be a total different thing :) But still, I'll just wait and see what the future holds :) Throughout my life, I've never try to hit on a girl, a girl will usually just pop out of nowhere :) , I guess I'll just wait for that moment again :)

Recently, I did alot of online shopping. Its quite fun actually :D!! I've been ordering Marching drumsticks for myself and also the band. Joseph and Hussein told me to help them purchase the Vic Firth Corpsmaster series Ralph Hardimon marching drumsticks. One each, so ok... i was quite wondering why would they need a marching snare stick since Joseph is playing the marching tenors and Hussein plays the cymbal. So I was just like, whatever. Why not, I mean. Haha... So I have a friend in Perak helping me to order those stuffs and will soon send them to me here in Miri :) Hopefully I will get hose stuff soon :)

Today was quite a lame day. I managed to wake up early and go to the concert rehearsal at Dewan Suarah. Then I remembered someone told me that there was band practice in the school for the marching band this morning. So I went to school. I did not walk into the school , but I parked outside the school to hear some noises my band would usually make. I waited and waited, but not even a drizzle. So I went back to Dewan Suarah to watch the rehearsal :) I managed to borrow Brian my tinted glasses. He actually wanted to borrow my white coat , but he told me that he is going retro for the night. Instead, I borrowed Desmond my coat :)

So I went to school roughly at 3pm , I saw all those band members getting ready to go to Dewan Suarah Via school bus. Audrey was there :) , George as well :) !! This year was awesome as most of my seniors (my batch) came back to help the band :) !!! I seriously miss them :) 2007 was still the best year :) !! So I helped them prepare themselves there and while waiting for the bus, the percussions managed to do their warm ups while the other band members managed to prepare themselves as well.

So the bus arrives. Everyone starts loading and getting into the bus. Once everyone is in and items are loaded , the bus stes off to Dewan Suarah. I followed from the back, well actually I drove quickly and managed to reach Dewan Suarah first. So after helping unloading, I gave them my good luck and set to go home. Peterson was begging me to stay a little while longer, but I told him I have to go :) , I felt so dramatic XD!!! Awesome love scene XD!!!! ALEJANDRO XD!!!! But one thing is for sure , ofter stepping in my car , I almost cried and I was thinking  , I should have said yes when the band members told me to perform with them. I could have also bought the ticket.

But I guess its too late now. Tonight is the concert and here I am wasting my life at home. I guess I regret too much in life... I hope my little brothers and sister in the band are having fun tonight :) Well, at least some of them know I love them all so much :) May God bless their performance tonight :) . Not only by performing awesomely , but also having fun :)

Today I managed to wake up early :D!!! Yay for me :D!!!!! So after my shower, I drove to school in a hurry :). I managed to see my band in the bus getting ready to go to dewan suarah for the school's annual concert this Friday and Saturday  :) Everyone told me to perform with the band, but I lazy =P!! Furthermore, I am not going to attend the two day concert :) No date bah =="!!!! I should have a cute girl sitting beside me the whole time during the concert so I can lean on and hug, but no... So I'm not gonna attend the concert :)

But when I reached school.... Just when I wanted to walk in the gate, someone (I'm not saying who) gave me a call telling me to pick that certain someone from home to dewan suarah. So I did. Then on the way to back to dewan suarah , I received another call from another someone. So off to school again for me =="!!!
I helped the Dikir Barat people to bring their instruments to dewan suarah. So after my third trip , I finally managed to reach my schools marching band in helping them. We are still lack of members. Hopefully next year will be different :)

Then after playing with the band a while, I had to go to the hospital. So I went to the hospital before 9am. I had to wait a long time just to see the doctor. Finally when its my turn to see the doctor , he asked me was I really determined to pursue in medical, so I told him yes. And he starts lecturing me for the next 1 hour ==" But its okay :) , at least I know someone is supporting me in achieving my dreams :) So yeah, I listened and thank him :) , so after my medical check up , I took my x-ray results and went back to dewan suarah to help the band :)

This was the funnies thing that happen today ==". Upon arriving , I was quite surprised to see the band so quiet. I looked at everyone , and they all was just like, shhh~ So I walk on and saw a retard looking old lady who scolded us (the marching band) for being so noisy ==". I was like WTF =="?!?!? I just reached , then she scolded me. She said something about calling the reporters about our band or something like that. At first I wanted to scold her back. I mean seriously, our school had done the concert three times in three years, and the band had always practice at the open space at the ground floor of dewan suarah. Why this year, this stupid random year, that crazy looking old lady librarian person wanna scold us ==". I think she has PMS =="!!!

So after the concert rehearsal finished, I send Faith , Xavier and Fiona back to school and Brian home. Faith is an awesome name btw :) So after sending those three to school, I send Brian home. Well, that's about it today, I guess :). I'm not really into putting the details because well, its no fun :). Hopefully tomorrow will be an awesome final rehearsal and any stupid arguments will be avoided such as today ==". Thats is seriously lame, woman ==". Get a life ==".  I bet you weren't a bright student in your youth years because look at where you are now ==". Gosh you made my day lame today, woman D:!!!

Without you, it feels like theres a missing piece in me that i cant find..

Today was a very tiring day. I was supposed to go to school , but yeah, I was still sick and tired. I was in a bad mood I guess. But tomorrow I will surely be going to school. Thats my promise! I promised Ying Ying that I'll be going to school today, well because she wants me to buy food for her ==" , (my band little brothers and little sisters always take my food ==") , but I did not came today. Because I always keep my promise , so I'll be going tomorrow.

Tomorrow I have an appointment  with the doctor at the Columbia Asia Hospital around 9a.m , so yeah, I will be rushing to school , then to the hospital , then to school again. I know right XD!?!?! Fuck my life :) , but hey, its about living life to the fullest ;) . and I do it for my little brothers and sisters in da band :)! Since I can be with the band today, ( I miss them so much :') ) , I find a way to help the band at home :).
So today I went to Servay Hypermarket to buy some stationaries. I managed to buy some stuffs , not all of what I need mainly because Servay is not fully equipped with a wide range supply of stationaries and the place there was a mess =="!! Gosh it was hard to move around =="!!

So from Servay, I went to Bintang Mega Mall or most commonly known as "Parkson" by the locals here (I dont know why). So I went there looking for the thinggy that makes doors go "swosh" and the Plastic board thinggy. I managed to buy the plastic board thinggy and some other shits. Then I drove all the way to Ng Sian Hap OR most commonly known by the locals once again with the name "Pottery or Kenayalang" (I seriously wanna know why ==") . I managed to buy the door thinggy thaat makes doors go "swosh" ( I don't know the name ). So I went home and started making those markings for the band. I finally finished it in  30 minutes. I wanted to make more , but I am not gonna finish my money on pieces of plastic, so I just made a set for the front view only.

At popular I saw a awesome book titled "How to always win an argument" and I am sure gonna buy that one day XD!!!! So tomorrow I will be going to school for the band's sake. Hopefully Peterson will be there too :)

Love is a choice you make from moment to moment.

Today sucks. I mean seriously. First I woke up, the first thing I hear from my mum was , "Darrell, go hospital today!! Go for your medical check up. Don't forget to get your yearly H1N1 vaccine and X-ray of your knee later" , so I just replied with a okay.... So after brushing my teeth, I wen't downstairs and all of a sudden felt a deep headache. Migraine are significantly annoying and surely painful.

So I decided not to go to school as I was not feeling well, but I feel like I should because I wanted to return my marching band uniform. But since Peterson is also not feeling well , I too decided to stay in school. Furthermore , the band instructor , Mr Mitsuo Nonami is back once again to coach the band. I wondered where did the school get the money to obtain such honored person as a coach for a school band. A SMALL school band. If only during my time in the band , the band could afford to have awesome coaches , but no.... We cant have everything according to our will now, can we =="????

So late in the afternoon, I went to Columbia Asia hospital for my medical check up. Did my X-ray too , and they told me my ligament on my left leg putus.... I was like, DUH ==" , I know, don't remind me ==" , I can't run anymore ==".... Then I did my injection for my H1N1 vaccine, and finally did my blood test. Whole day in the Hospital , but yeah, what to do..... At least my hospital privilege are free XD!! So after I was done wasting my time in the hospital , I went outside and bought some pastry :D!!! They taste delicious :D!!! Hand made pastry are always the best :)

So after my trip to the hospital , I went to Boulevard Hypermarket to shop for some jeans. I managed to buy two jeans , but I did not have enough time to shop for some S.O.D.A mens wear because buying mens shirt has to be precisely what a man wants :) , and I did not have enough time to shop. My budget was only RM400 , but I over spent, what the hack XD!!! I mean, why not =P?!?! Guys have needs too XD!!!

I miss going to school :) , hopefully tomorrow I will have a chance to go to school :) May God take care of all my friends in school as well as my little brothers and sisters in the band :)

Everything happens for a reason. Even though sometimes we don't understand the reason until it gives us a lesson.

So during rehearsal, Desmond was missing "as usual" , but I take it lightly because today was the real deal. So practicing and practicing again and again the same song, all over again. "Main Street Celebration" is just a grade 3 song man... come on... I pity the members because they are supposed to go home and prepare themselves , such as taking a well deserved shower and what not, but no... Practice practice practice.... I pity my little bothers and sisters in the band :) Haha...

In the middle of rehearsal , Desmond finally appeared. Well clothed in school uniform, he looks exhausted. He told me his mum signed him up for some kind of motivational seminar without his acknowledgement , so yeah, he still has to attend. So I still had to concentrate on the band , the teachers as well as the principal had second thoughts on the band playing the song "Main Street Celebration". But I Pete and I definitely had thoughts on replacing that song with something else. But no.... We could hav played Sock Hop Tonight and surely everyone will enjoy and that song is perfect for that night. It is after all a dinner for goodness sake =="

The rehearsal ended around 5 which is quite late , but still... WHAT TO DO =="!!!! The clock strikes 6.30 p.m and finally it was time to start the event. I uniformed up and Desmond took my jumper ==" , so my jumper look like a big plastic bag on me ==" Thankfully Fiona bought some safety pin to help me make my outfit more fit :). So all in all , the band performance , (except mainstreet celebraion) was a ok ok..... I managed to model the marching snare drum and I look awesome XD!!! I think I'm in love with my self :D!!!!
As I managed to model the percussion instrument , someone generously sponsored our band's percussion XD!!!! *perasan =P


But still, I't was an awesome night :) , and hopefully , the band will continue to organize meaningful events such as this in the coming future and with high hopes, our band will one day be stepping on the soil of another country :) May God bless St Columba Marching Band journey :)

I choose to love you in silence.

So yesterday was the very first band fund raising dinner :) , it was awesome :). It was on a Sunday, so yeah, its a must for me to go to church early in the morning :). So after church, I drove to school to help wrap the drum stick. Peterson was there early, but he was helping in the teacher's room. so there I was sitting on the bench beside the school's hall listening to the band practicing "Main Street Celebration".

That song was written by my senior in the year 2007 and that song is one of the only song that made me cry. The flute solo is so awesome that I can blow tears, but this year, when the current band played it, I felt the tears coming out at somewhere lower ==".... Way, way lower down the body part ==", so yeah, disappointment is there, but I have nothing to say to them because I gave up. Currently I am just guiding them, and thats all.

So while wrapping the drumstick, the band teacher in charge asked me to follow her to a nearby photo studio to develop one of the band photo to be used as a souvenir for the present VIP guess later tonight. After that, we went back to school and she asked me if I have any pictures about the band that can be used in the presentation slide show so yeah, I drove all the way back home with Faith. And I passed the photos to her. Then, the teacher told me to put on a band uniform to help in the welcoming thinggy, so ok, why not....

After all the Fuzz and preparation in school, I went home to take a quick shower and drove to Imperial Hotel, the venue of where the fund raising dinner held. I went there around 3p.m ,  and then, the band leader told me to go back to school and take the cloth hanger , so there I am, driving to school again ==" , dahla I baru found a awesome parking space near the hotel ==". So off to school I go.  I brought the cloh hanger thing and a triangle. So after I came back to the hotel, rehearsal starts.

So today was a quite disappointing day  well, not all disappointing , but partially :) Woke up in hoping to go for band practice in da morning , but I end up helping teacher to collect the band fund raising dinner tickets. Gosh it was annoying ==". But without a doubt , I still love my school's band :) If only I have enough money to help buy a new drum batter for the snare drum :). And I would buy some songs for them too :)

Today's practice is well.... I'm not gonna say anything. OK , FINE!! It sucks!! But I don't wanna scold them :) , they are just so so cute :).... My band juniors are all so small and cute :) , I just can't scold them :).... So yeah, learning from their mistakes is better :) The band is gonna have a fund raising dinner this Sunday :) , with luck , I hope the band can afford new instruments :) , we seriously need to have some marching brass instruments...

Since 2007 , we are trying to buy new instruments but financially not insisting us to. Hopefully this year will be the year :) I'm not in the mood to write now so this is all for today :)

Nothing is certain, but Nothing is impossible

Ever since the NATCOMP ended , I started to get boring at home. Usually I will be waking up early in the morning , shower and without breakfast, leave to school to accompany my school's Marching Band in their training. But today and yesterday was a complete let down in my life so far ==". I was so bored at home and I start putting on weight D:!!! Currently I am so damn fat and here I am putting on more weigt again. I seriously need to rethink what have I done with my life so far =="

So today, I woke up late, Peterson anak Ho gave me a call roughly around 9a.m , but I was still tired and still thinking of sleeping. So I told myself , 5 more minutes D:!!! And before I know it ,5 more minutes became an hour. So I reached school around 10a.m something like that D:!!! Man , what a rush ==".
 So I was in school, there Peterson and Audrey was with the afternoon session band members. So I went to the nearby bench and took a short rest. After the band sectionals finish , the three of us (Pete , Audrey and I) Went to the band store. And there it was , the Marching Snare Holder ==" , the one that have been missing for such a long time ==".

Since I came back to see the band after the stupid S.O.X drum battle thinggy , the new snare holder has been missing , Pete and I have been wondering where it was since March because it is against the rules to bring home an instrument without the band teacher knowing. Finally today , I saw it with Audrey and Peterson . So I was like , where the shit did the holder come from =="?!?!? I mean, if I've known the holder was just missing a stupid screw , it would be fixed in just one day , but no, no one told me anything. The only rumors Pete and I heard is that the new snare holder broke in half. I don't want to point any fingers , but hell yeah I am angry until now.

Experience is the name everyone gives to their mistakes

So yesterday was the National Marching Band Competition. I was supposed to wake up damn early but overslept because I can't sleep the whole night thinking whats waiting for me the next day. So yeah, I woke up late. I reached school around 6 a.m. Even so , at least the band had already gotten ready and is well prepared. The first trip was for the Woodwind section , upper brass and lower brass section, while the next trip was for the percussion.

While waiting for the next trip, the percussions did their warm ups. To see them preparing themselves for the competition yesterday almost made me cry. It reminds me of my very first competition 5 years ago :').
Soon after, the bus came and brought the remaining band members to the stadium where we met the rest there. The whole band made a last minute practice before the competition to familiarize with the field and after that, we went out. SMK Chung Hua Miri was outside the stadium doing their warm ups and they sound awesome :D!! They have come a long way since my time and now their band has upgraded and soon they will be a Drum Corp :).

Outside, my school's band did a little preparation before the performance. At that point, I almost cried once again :') !!! ALMOST =P!!! I saw all my seniors and I was full of joy that I forget that I wanted to pee XDD!!! My percussion senior , Audrey Tan was there :D!!! My senior conductor , Marcus Liew was there too , Julie Cheah , was there too and many more :D!! Every single one of them had made a big impression in my life and I will always be their junior :')

So overall, St Columba Marching Band did their best and yes I am proud of them :) I always tell my juniors and members, "We don't have to win the competition :) , Just do our best , and all we need is to WIN the best time of our life, because winning the best time of our life is better than any plastic trophy :). Its just an empty cup :)"

Memories last forever, never do they die. Friends stay together, never say goodbye

Amazingly tiring day today :). So I woke up roughly at 8 a.m , did my usual morning routine and prepared to go to school. But before that, I had to pick up Charles from SMK Riam and before picking up Charles, I need to stop by at the store to buy some tools to help repair the condemned marching quad tom. After I stopped by the convenient store, I drove and made my way to SMK Riam. I was worried I might get lost but with a little grain of confidence, I gave it a try. Along the airport road, I made a right turn after the traffic light because a signboard pointed to the right if I'm going to Riam area, so yeah. Thats what I did.

So after I made the turn, and along the route, I was thinking, "ok, now how I am going to find SMK Riam D: ?!?!" At that very moment, I saw a tall white building and I saw a letter engraved onto it stating "SMK RIAM" , so I was like, "Yeah =P". Haha, best one minute of my life :D!!!! So yeah, I made a stop at the side of the road and made a call to Charles in telling him that I am waiting for him. So after making his presence ,  off to school :D!!!

The plan was to fix the marching quad tom, but Charles and I told teacher that it cannot be fixed =P. Our plan was to pursue the teacher to enable us to use the brand new marching quint tom, and hell yes, it worked =P!!!! Today was the day I also saw Mr. Nonami :D! It have been 5 years since I saw him :D! And and and he is getting bolder ==". OMG, I DONT WANNA BE BOLD IN DA FUTURE D: !!!!  


Moving on, my buddy Vincent came today to help tune the drums. He was actually sleeping at this time, but then the band teacher called him telling him to come over to help tune the drums and he was willingly accepting the offer^^! What a guy :D! Talking to him to rekindle the old memories we had in the band, now that was joyful :). Tomorrow there will be practice again, so hopefully everyone will do their best and seriously seriously enhance their discipline issue ==".

Its Not About How Many Hands you hold, Its About How you hold on :)

Today was a fun yet tiring day, but yeah, it was fun.  Waking up around 7 a.m like my routine usually is, and then freshen up. Watch television, but no breakfast. And just when I was about to shave (shaving my beard =="), Peterson anak Ho gave me a call to tell me to go to school. My ringtone was a rap verse by Eminem and hell yeah I was stunned ==", so SLASH!!! I made a deep cut on my chin with the razor blade D:!!! AND YES!!!! IT WAS BLEEDING!!!! Back to the story, after taking the shower, I immediately drove to school, and the whole way, my left hand was holding a piece of tissue to cover up the deep cut on my chin, and hell it was bleeding D:!!!!

So I went to school to help with my schools Marching Band. Indeed a lot has changed since I left the band. The members are quite well, I've just got to say it!!! Lack of discipline!! =P , Sorry, but yeah... And the band has gone down hill this year. Hopefully they will rise to the occasion of interest in band :). So today I decided to help them since I am free the whole day :) AND AND AND TODAY, THE MOST AMAZING THING HAPPENED :D!!!!!! The marching quad tom holder finally broke in half :D!!!! I don't know why, but I was full of gladness =P. I mean, its nothing to be happy of, but yeah, it made me laugh :D! I was like, "There's something you don't see everyday =P" !!!
Haha, one day, it will just be something we laugh about :).

Soon, I'll be going out with my buddies and hopefully , we'll have a great time :)

I will be leaving Miri next month and I'm gonna miss Miri *sobs But I will leave Miri with my head held high and I tell myself, I will come back a somebody^^! I was never far away from family and friends before, so yeah, the anxiousness is there.

Your Friendship is a Gift I Enjoy Opening Everyday

Having friends, now thats worth being proud of :) . In ones life, we would discover countless type of characters among our piers :) Some would be the smart ones, some would be the rich ones, some funny ones, and so on. Then again, there is a dark side too. Not forgetting those friends who back-stabs you. But its all part of life. Our job is to learn from our own mistakes and not repeating them is part of being a human.

I have a friend . He obtained straight A's + in his SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) and has become an idol towards many in his previous school from where he graduated from. Knowing so, he is one of the smartest person I met. Therefore, I too look up to him. Even though he is damn smart , he is without a doubt and outgoing person. Playing games and fooling around but still managed to obtain outstanding results, now thats time managements right there^^!

Another friend, he is one of a kind. He was the very first person to became my friends when I moved here to miri.. He is one talented bitch!!! I tell you a!!!! Haha :) , as he is smart, he is also very skillful in arts, especially drawing :) He is always there when I needed him. Now thats a true friend right there. He always gives me good advice especially during those difficult teen life regarding love :) He is currently studying Medical like me accept that he will be in India :) I will always be a few steps behind him, but like what we promised each other 5 years ago, we will both be successful and surely we got each other's back :) May God bless our journey in life :)

Now, this next friend is different all together, he moved in my school when I was in form 4. He came from peninsular Malaysia and has become someone I am proud to call a friend. We've gone through thick and thin , highs and lows , big and small , butter and margarine (now I'm just making up words ==")  Well built body as well as a Marching band member like me , we share the same interests in sports , girls , music , girls , automotive and more girls. He was one of my dearest friend and is currently studying in the peninsular :). 1 week before SPM , we used to skip class just to buy "Roti canai" and then we go back to school. The skipping class to buy "Roti Canai" continued for the next five days. It was a fun time but it is now just memories :) Not just any memories, but are the moments I will forever treasure :)

Taking the next step to tertiary education

5 years studying in St Columba Miri secondary school is always something that I'll be proud of for the rest of my life :) I made many friends. I mean new friends, because in the year 2006 itself , I moved to Miri from Kuching :) I left Kuching without telling any of my friends. I was a bowler back then. A very good one. I was a Sukma Reserve and was supposed to compete in the SUKMA when I am ready, but instead, I left to Miri. That's right, I left my friends and dreams in Kuching.... I realize not that it was my mistake and I do miss them. :) I will always be proud to be a student from SK Ong Tiang Swee, Kuching :)

Anyways, back to my current situation , I am leaving to pursue my tertiary education in Sabah :). I will be studying at Mahsa University College and I will be taking my Foundation in Medical Science there :). Joining me will be Melvin Khung , but he will be taking his diploma in Medical Lab Technology. Hopefully with luck, I am able to study hard and do my best. That one year is crucial for me because I wanna do my bachelor degree as soon as possible. I've always had a second thought on taking up medical as I am worried I don't have time for myself in the future. Hopefully I made the right decision. 

Without a doubt, I will miss Miri and all those who live in Miri :) . Hopefully one day when I do come back to Miri, the joy and laughter I used to have will be there once again :) My friend , Gurjit Singh will be leaving to Kuching somewhere next month to become a Health Inspector while Timothy Jones will go to somewhere I don't know (I seriously don't know) to study Aviation Engineering :) Kenaidy Adan already left recently :) One by one, my friends are leaving. I isn't something happy to me, but I know that our paths will cross again one day :)

The Krusty Krab in Miri

Paris has the Eiffel Tower, KL have the twin towers , but we here in miri have the awesome KFCK :D! KFCK stands for Kinky Fat Chef Kitchen :) They sell burgers and finger foods such as onion rings and wedges :) I started going to KFCK early this year around January since I am always at home doing nothing. A few days ago was roughly my 37th trip to KFCK and every trip there was satisfying :) The founder of KFCK , Abang Aidel Khardafi , is a very pleasant businessman and  proud owner of KFCK :)
KFCK is located deep in the housing area in Piasau and that is one of the reasons why not everyone has tried it :). Since I am the one always going there, people tend to ask me for directions to go there :)

KFCK has their own recipe for a burger. The special sauce is mouthwatering.  Their special cheese sauce is also delicious. Ever since my first bite, I've been bringing my friends there for their first bite and trust me, they loved it :D!!! Sometime I also bring those friends whom are still schooling there just to share the deliciousness :) Soon it will be my last burger as I will be studying in another state :) May God bless my journey in education and hopefully I am able to get another bite on them KFCK burgers after I leave :)

Whats wrong saying Mother Fucker?

So today I was driving roughly 70km/j near Piasau area. I passed the fuel station and beside the fuel station was a Nissan showroom. The Nissan showroom is promoting their new pick-up truck, Nissan Navara. Therefore, they (the Nissan people) put up a banner to promote the new vehicle. As I passed by, I had a glimpse of the banner and saw the word Mother Fucker. So I was wondering and did not gave it a second thought. On the way home, I passed the showroom once again and took the opportunity to once again look at that seemingly descent banner. Soon after, I finally realized that the words on the banner are written "Mother Trucker" ...

Like, what was I thinking =="?!?!? Oh well, people makes mistakes. I mean look at the picture, isn't that obvious that people will mistaken "Mother Trucker" for Mother Fucker?!? Can't they come out with a better catch phrase like, "The Truck's Mum" or something =="?? Sheesh~

As always in Miri, its a hot day. Life would most probably be more easy if the weather is restrictively averagely humid but we can't all change the weather now, can we??  My point is, somethings are just unchangeable in life. If you have boobs, why would you wanna go make them bigger? I mean, it would be awesome, but it would still be awesome, buttt....

Monday was an awesome day for me :) , I finally received my drumsticks :D!!! *epic horah  The Drumsticks I ordered are the Vic Firth Ralph Hardimon corpsmaster  drumstick (SRH). And I tell you a... The are awesome XD!!

Another happy thing that happened is that I managed to spend time with my friends at KFCK. *for those who don't know, KFCK stands for Kinky Fat Chef Kitchen. I'll get back to this some other time. My buddy, Lucas Wilson came back from KL and my other buddy, namely Afiq Bazli recently came back to miri on a short holiday and we went to KFCK together with Dominic Chan and Gurjit Singh. It has been a long time since I ate at KFCK, and it was a relief that i finally had one :D! KFCK burgers are like krabby patties :D!!! And on that day itself , I finally received my KFCK car sticker XD!!! Like FINALLY!!!! I've been waiting since January :)

All I can do now is just thank God for his blessings in my life's journey :)

The Very First

So in this somewhat awesome historical day, this blog was born :D!!!! This blog must have been either my fourth or fifth blog so far. Thats right, cause I always tend to make new ones. Lets face it, everyone likes something new right?!?!?!

So to start off, my awesome school, SMK St Columba, miri is celebrating Mufti Day today. Well, I graduated from that school last year but still, the urge to go back is there :). The best 5 years of my life there :) Okay, so back to Mufti day, Mufti Day is  a special day in my school which is celebrated annually after St Columba Day. Mufti Day is the only day for students to go formal and still, have a good secondary education in school. Surely them current students are having fun in school, especially those whom are celebrating their last :)
